There may be a small variation in size & colour of items, this is normal & is in the nature of the products.

Payment:
We except credit & debit cards via our secure online facility courtesy of paypal. We also except cheques, but funds will need to clear before items are posted to you.
Please Note:
Out of stock items: items ordered which are out of stock will be refunded.
Prices: all prices include VAT & can be subject to change without prior notice E. & O.E.

Shipping & Handling
We send out our orders next working day via Royal Mail.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Products can vary during the maufacturing process & there may be colour variations between the actual product & the colour shown on the website.
If you are not happy with your purchase please return the item/s within 7 days for an exchange or refund (excluding postage charges).
You will be charged postage for exchanged items

Damaged Items
If an item is damaged upon receipt please return for a refund or exchange, please get proof of postage incase item is lost as this is needed to claim from the post office.
